At Modern Rugs, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized rugs in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process makes returning or exchanging your item simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original protective plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
